The Ultimate MFFY?

This is the parking lot outside the food court where I have lunch
every day. The place is VERY poorly planned, with woefully inadequate
parking, so every weekday at lunchtime the parking lot is a seething
mass of cars looking for a place to park (and dodging all the other
cars that are waiting to enter the fast food drive-throughs). I guess
this guy got fed up looking for an open space and decided to make one
of his own:

not nearly so bad where i live out in the riverside area. but don't worry,
we're doing out best to catch up with outrageous real estate prices,
horrible congestion, and traffic!
