As you've told us everything about the vehicle except for the mileage I
would assume it's high ?

Sorry, It had the gas conversion at around 67-72K, and has now done 99K,
trouble free including the gas. It is average mileage for the age anyway.

I know, I didnt take it that way! ;-)
I would like to think it's a good buy too!! Will be sad to see it go... :-(
It's been no trouble ever !! no breakdowns, no problems with the gas, can't
fault it really.
Would love to have another one sometime.
'Er indoors likes it too, especially when she uses the size and presence of
it to help her through traffic!!

Unfortunatly... :-(

I am changing to a (whisper...) MPV. The Disco does everthing I need, but
with the amount of stuff my familly now carts about, there isn't quite
enough space in it for us all, especially as the dog takes up the boot, not
leaving much room in the front half for 2 kids, food, gameboys, books and
mags, makeup (eldest 12 going on 17!) me and parter, mum in law etc. (she
won't go on the roof rack!) ;-)

Cracking tow car, fill the caravan load up the roof rack, job done. I did
buy it originally to replace a diesel estate which I used for towing a very
heavy trailer, I since sold the trailer, so didn't need the disco as much.

Will miss the V8 rumble though, and the fact that I could tow anything with
it... Unfortunatly, the downside is that I really need a center seat with 3
point for the forthcoming baby, rather than lap belt.

Was going to buy a Series 2 disco, as this has forward facing rear seats,
but still have the problem of too many people (and dog) with lots of junk to
bring with us on days out. Can't stop on the road to get food when it's
strapped to the roof! So more space needed.

Still a Landrover fan, just a temporary hickup....

Tell you what though, I would be half tempted to buy a old series landy.....
Thinking of moving house too, need somewhere with more parking.......

ATB,

Alistair
