Default Front diff - prop side oil leak? --97 wrangler

I have 97 wrangler that has developed a oil leak on the fron diff
surrounding the bearing where the prop joins

any thoughts? ...and how easy?

Hi Mick,
Not difficult, it's nice to have the right tools like pictured:
http://www.billhughes.com/pinionSeal.pdf A steering wheel puller or less
will pull the yoke, don't use a hammer, a screwdriver will pop the seal,
find a pipe large enough to drive the seal straight on and flush with
the housing, and torque to a hundred sixty pounds should put the right
tension on your crush spacer for proper bearing clearance.
God Bless America, ßill O|||||||O
