Default Error codes 12 & 21

When I do the 3 time key turn thing.. I get these 2 codes. One is power
loss (I'm paraphrasing) like when you disconnect the battery. But My clock,
etc have no memory loss. The second code, 21 is for a bad O2 sensor which I
change about 6 months ago.

Is it bad wiring maybe? What should I check for?

Posted a while ago but rec'd no response. Please help.

thanks in advance for any info which can help,

I would pull the battery cable off for 15 minutes or so to reset the
codes and see what happens.

Turn the ignition key until the digital odometer displays, repeat
three times in succession and then back to "On" (On/Off, On/Off, On/Off,
On). At the fourth "On" the odometer will be replaced with codes. If no
codes are present then "Done" will appear.
