Default 93 cadillac deville speedometer

Heres the deal I recently replaced ,my old engine with a new exact
replacement. However, the car will run fine then the charge and
service(all red) will flash and the car will die. When the the service
engine soon and mainenance lights (both orange) are on the car runs
fine but there are two catches in first gear starting off their is
absolutely no power and the speedometer does not work. I have an idea
that it's a sensor but I have no idea which one.......I love my Cadi ,
and need some help.
