Default 450bhp Nissan GTR not only crushes the Corvette C6 ZO6 but even the Mighty Bugatti Veyron

If you want to go very fast in a straight line, then only Exotic
Supercars like the Bugatti Veyron will get the job done. If you
actually want arguably the FASTEST PRODUCTION CAR IN THE WORLD on a
track, then the Nissan GTR is just about the best car out there. This
$70,000 car can crush cars that literally cost more than 20 times as
much on the track as was demonstrated at a little Track called the
Nuerburg Ring.

If people wanted an ICONIC car, then a Porsche Cayman is a FAR better
car than a Corvette.
It's a way bigger chick magnet too.

The GTR was originally produced by the Prince motor car company in Japan
which was bought out in the mid 60s by Datsun. It was called the Skyline
2000 GT and was an interesting car. As I recollect it had a 2.0 ltr SOHC
engine with two solex carbs and a non synchro five speed -- for racing. I
remember going up against those cars in autocrosses in Tokyo with a modified
Ford powered Sunbeam Tiger. So much for reminiscence.
