75 vette unknown part

Default 75 vette unknown part

i was replacing the alarm swith an th edrivers fender and i see a
connector hanging down next to the switch.
the connectore has a black and white wire and plugs into a plastic
round part that is mounted th toe fender next to the alarm switch. does
anyone know what this part is?

Having a '72 I don't have any solid info on your situation...

Have you located the anti-theft horn? On the '72s it's different than
the steering wheel horns and located in the rear driver's quarter-panel
behind the wheel well. Could yours have been located in the same area as
the switch and been removed?

It's also possible this connector has no use in your car - either it
didn't come with the option that the connector powers or it could be a
replacement wiring harness that covers different years.

Just making a couple guesses.
