No start in cold

Wow google is messed up, I can't reply to my thread, so heres a new
one. In response to:

It has spark at all cylinders, plugs were checked less than 100km and
are in good shape, gap is bang on, wires have maybe 50km on them
total, not sure about the rotor. I think it's a fuel delivery problem,
it only happens when cold and it always catches within the first few
seconds but then dies and after that it won't catch at all, just
cranks. It does that every time until it's left for a couple days and
it warms up near freezing.

Heres my original message:

95 dodge avenger 2.0L fuel injected, won't start below -5C or so
(which isn't very cold). When you first start to crank it'll catch a
bit, sometimes actually seem to start, then die and no further
cranking will get it to fire. Every single time, if it doesn't catch
immediately it'll just crank and crank and not start. If this happens
the car has to sit for at least 48 hours and the next attempt has to
be in warm weather or it won't start. The gas is never touched but you
can smell gas sometimes. Removing the plugs shows them to be wet. The
car is useless, it hasn't started for weeks, it only runs when it's
above freezing. It seems to be flooding but I have no idea why. Any
suggestions?
