Default Dampers

Anyone know anything about dampers? Meed to change mine as I replaced the
springs a while ago and the higher spring rate seems to have lead to the
car being underdamped. I have seen a Bilstein kit (monotube) from Balance
Motorsport (www.balancemotorsport.co.uk) for about £600 but I have seen
cheaper twin tube Eibachs elsewhere for about £450. Wonder if anyone has
had practical experience. I believe monotube are generally better becuase
the chamber is bigger so less fade and because F1 use them. Right now I'm
leaning towards the Bilsteins.

Also seen some Koni adjustables at a reasonable price and wonder if thats
what I should go for.

I could also get hold of an anti roll kit for about £300. What do you all
think?

If you have the Eibach ProKit springs, the Eibach ProKit dampers will be an
ideal match.
