Default Project C.A.R.S. RUF licensing announcement

Also, the project reached a new milestone yesterday of over 2 million
euros funding provided by members. Total funding is now over 3,497,000
euro. Since the goal is 3,750,000 euro the expectation is that the
funding will be closed in about three weeks. If you'd like to spend the
next nine months or so helping to shape the project as well as enjoying
multiplayer, you had better act fast.
