You mention that the Gov. lifted smog restrictions on some early and mid
C3's, but didn't he also freeze it at a certain year, like 1977? I've been
trying to find a copy of that law if you know where I can locate it. I have
a 1977, and I've been waiting for it to clear regulations, but if it was
frozen at that year, it will never have the regulations lifted. I'd like to
read what that law says if you know how to find it.
