Default Various States

Had to travel to SC last week. Drivers in various states perform
differently. TN=About 15-20 above posted. Many have #3 decals. I guess they
think they are the next Earnhardt. SC=KRETP is apparently unknown in this
state. Western KY=10-15 below posted. Southern IL=Change lanes w/o signal or
checking for other traffic (witnessed accident and was held up about 2 hours
to give statement). All states= Prolific cell phone use while traveling up
to 85. HP pretty active in NC. Observed 5 stops. IN=Not bad overall.
