The OP said there were cases before SCOTUS. The cite I was directed to: http://www.wnd.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=36118 ...was the case decided by a Federal judge. This decision is ludicrous. And given what I hear about the 9th Circuit, it might not get overturned there either but I think the SCOTUS would be a different story. Now, this was posted 2 years ago (December 2003 article). Any followup? |
