CJ3B drums over Lock-outs?
Seems like the brake drums won't slide off over the lock-out hubs. It's like
the hole in the drum is a little too small. Do I need to pull off the lock hubs before removing drums? Any tricks for removing a very frozen filler cap on master cylinder? Thanks, Yamash 1961 CJ3B
