I saw a couple of construction workers, in a pick up park in a handicap
spot. No handicap plate or placard.
I thought they were pricks.
Then the Driver got out. His leg, I later found out, had been
permanently damaged in a fall. His leg was no more than a piece, of wood
would be. He still works a hard job every day. My disabilities are not
as severe.
So it pays not to make judgment some times.

At least in this state you can get a handicapped lic plate. With that
you don't need the placard. Most times when I see what I see as a
violator, a check of the plate shows he/she is valid.
