Low, D1 and D2 are the SAME gear ratios as 2nd, 3rd and 4th in the manual gearbox. 1st gear is missing in the semi-auto box as the torque converter takes it's place. The early semi-autos, 68 to 71, used the 1200/1300 diff ratio though - 4.375 instead of the 1500/1600 manual's 4.125. Which means ALL the gear ratios are a fraction lower if you leave the semi-auto gearbox in place, though changing to the 4.125 ratio diff is a straight swap in that box if preferred..
