Default GM VIN restraint code digit?

For 21st century cars,the 7th or 8th digit is for restraint code (safety).
Typically:
1=seat belts
2=driver airbag
3=2 airbags
4=side airbags
but above that the codes for curtain airbags, load limiters, knee airbag
varies by manufacturer.
What does GM use for these ?
