I would hope that would be the case, but driving sober with open containers
is in fact illegal. -Dave

No, the trace amounts present in an empty count, thanks to the MADD
neo-prohibitionist mentality and the cops and judges who take
advantage of it. Perhaps if you steam-cleaned and dried the cans
first...
