Question Ford Winstar 95

help...I got a new battery and starter installed 2 years ago at PEP boys. The starter they originally put in was a remanufactured model and it took two more trys before they finally put in a new one. I still had starting problems with the remanuf model.

Now I am having starting problems again. I believe it might be the starter again because i have to turn the key back and forth multiple times before it finally cranks. And Sears checked it out and it wasnt the battery or the alternator. I think if I take it back to PEP Boys, they'll want to charge me a diagnostic fee again.

what are your suggestions please?

I would go somewhere else. The warranty is expired from PEP boys anyway. I cant take PEP boys, the wait is always long and they charge you for diagnostic services.
