Default 95 Camry Won't Start

The car was working with no problems. It then sat in the garage for 2
days, until I backed it into the driveway, where it sat another day. It
started with no problems when I backed it up. A freeze came in that
night if that is relevant.

Now, the car won't start. The lights work, interior lights work, and
the engine sounds like it is turning over but it never actually starts.

I used a spark tester to see if I was getting any sparks, and I do have
a spark.

I tried to listen in the gas tank while the car was turned on and I
couldn't hear a fuel pump.

I took off the oil cap over the cam and had someone try to start while
I watched the cam. The cam didn't move.

Any ideas on what I should check next? What are the odds that the
timing belt AND the fuel pump went bad at the same time? It was easy to
check fuses, is there an easy way to check relays?

If you are starting the car and it cranks over and you do not see the
cam turning, then you probably have a broken timing belt. The car would
definitely not start under that condition. Are you sure the car is cranking
over? Chances the fuel pump works.... when you turn the key to the on
position, you should hear a slight click of some kind....thats the fuel
pump....

good Luck
