Honda Accord CYLINDER HEAD COVER torque settings

Hi,
As a result of the answers I recieved froma previous post (found oil
in one of the cylinders when I tried changing the sparkplugs. I was
told to change the cylinder head cover gasket and the 4 rings. I was
wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction as to where
I could find the torque settings for the screws for the head cover
once I re-assemble it? Also will I need to dab a little silicone in
the 4 corners once I re-install the new gasket?
Car is a 97 Accord LX 4 door automatic. I do have a haynes manual but
I don't remember seeing the torque settings for this.

7 ft lbs per nut.

You can use a tiny dab of Permatex sensor-safe Ultra-Grey in the corners if
you wish.

Make 100% certain to clean off EVERY trace of grit from the gasket tracks
before installing.

I find a thin smear of engine oil on the gasket helps it to seat more
reliably in the sharp corners around the cams.

you're tightening against rubber, not metal, so there's no torque as
such. just tighten until you can feel the rubber bottom out.

officially, yes, there should be sealant, but i don't think it's
silicone - i think it's supposed to be one of the non-hardening types.
[hylomar?] for myself, i don't bother on my cars, and if the gasket is
new, they always seal perfectly - they only leak if re-used.
