Grand Caravan 1997 Stalls

I have a 97 Grand Caravan 105,000 miles. The Van engine stalls for no
reason, either idle or cruising. At idle, the engine just stop, but
accesories stay on, sometime the "check engine light" flashed, same as
when you activate the MIL code response, (turning on-off three times the
main switch with-in 5 second). When the stalls happen at crusing speed,
the oddometer goes to zero, the check engine gives a "PAM sensor reading"
and the van restars after one or two seconds, (a strong pull is felt).
Does anyone had deal with something like this?
