Default Bedford Dormobile/Camper Vans

Hello, all. During a viewing of the PBS "Call the Midwife" 2019 Holiday
Special a Bedford motor vehicle is shown transporting the nurse/midwives
to their TDY location in the Outer Hebrides. One scene shows a close-up
of the vehicle, including sheep on the road, as the nurses/nuns are
debarking. It looks like perhaps a 1969 model but don't know if it's a
camper or bus. Any further info is welcome and were Bedford campers
ever sold in the U.S.? Thanks for your time and comment. Sincerely,
--
