Bug fix at the Worldwide Transportation Library

Hi Viatologists,

A long-standing bug has been fixed at the Worldwide Transportation
Library (WWTL), one that previously affected the display of our
English-language menu. Before, if you were to choose the option "I
want a menu instead" then drill down to a region w/ more than 12
highway entries, the scrollbar would mysteriously disappear! You'd be
unable to see all photograph entries beneath the 12th corresponding
entry.

The scrollbar is back in action! So you can visit any California
State Route, US Federal Route, or French Autoroute w/ ease. We
apologise for the earlier inconvenience.
