Five hours? Next time try Turtle Wax Ice. Wash with the Ice Liquid
Clay stuff, wash it off with the Ice car wash soap, then apply the Ice
polish. 60 to 90 minutes for the whole deal, including soda breaks,
which you might need more of since you can apply the polish in the
sun. Keep the car dusted and every two or three weeks wipe off the
horizontal surfaces with some Ice spray detailer. Works for me with
my black '04 GTO anyway.

Comcast is dumping newsgroups, so I thought I'd reply to you using my
standby Teranews account. That was a couple of days ago, and it seems that
my Teranews posts are wandering off into the ether somewhere, but not here.

Bottom line, I'll happily try out the Turtle Wax Ice on Jean's Escape. It
would have to be fan-stinkin'-tastic to get me away from Mother's carnuba
with the Frogs.

But I'm all for saving time and energy, two things in short supply these
days.

Tera news, eeesh. You'd do better with AIOE or Individual and they
are free. The AIOE server is a hobby for Paolo, but he does an excellent
job. He even blocks the majority of spam from groupers and such. I'm
sure I could also get Geoff to make you a bargain deal on the server
that I use at Glorb.
