Default 67 power steering cylinder

I am going to be pulling the power steering cylinder off my 67 mustang
this next week for a rebuild due to it leaking. Wondering if there are
any things to watch out for or if it is pretty much straightforward.
Any step-by-step process to make it easy as possible?

Thanks

its pretty straight forward. use care in removing. check push rod for
straightness. Check the rod for pits and corrosion, this can tear up new
seals. Clean up the threads before reinstalling. Use new bushings for the
ram end. the inner boot and clamp(where it attaches to the center link) are
not usually part of the rebuild kit, so be sure and order them also.
Mark the short hose locations on the ram, most common mistake here is
crossing the hoses when reinstalling (they tend to fit better or lay closer
when hooked up backwards)
