it wants to fire but wont till after a few minutes of cranking the engine
over a few times. could it be fuel pump I changed the filter on it the one

vacuum may be leaking to EGR on cold start, plug vacuum line to EGR
and see if cold
start improves. If so, MAP sensor needs replaced.

there is a fitting to check the fuel pressure near the mastercylinder/
near the firewall driversside-back of intake. Not too hard to see-
that is a good thought-check it key on then key off checking for
55-60lbs key on and when you key off it should not immediately bleed
off-should hold for 5-10 minutes minimum. This could unveil your
issues then post your results and we'll go from there. Good luck! JP
