Default 1996 Concorde 172K broken strap on fuel tank

Anything unusual/difficult about repairing this?

What would be a fair price if I pay to have it done?
Thinking I will be taking it to my local (trusted)
NAPA garage.

it depends how it is broken. If the strip itself is broken, that migth
be a simple job. If the stud/nut is broken, that might be an ugly
work, but stil doable in 2-3 hours.

End result is that it got done on the same day the part arrived
for a total of $168.04 including tax. No complaints.
