Default Best bang for the buck home cockpit frame?

I'm looking for a friend that has a great wife and wants me to set him
up. I'll be using a real racing seat and most likely a G25 Wheel with
a real Momo wheel (350mm wheel) and a billit aluminum seqential
shifter afapted to it for starters. I have this one in mind for now,
looks solid and very adjustable -

Appreciate any input.

Looks overpriced to me. Check out Inside Sim Racing for reviews of better
and cheaper equipment.
