Default 1992 Accord idle problem

> idles at 1000-1100 rpm
If an engine can't idle @ <1000, then something is wrong.
My F20A, after ~15 flaws were corrected, can idle stably @ 550 rpm ( gear in neutral ) ; torque @ 550 - 1500 is 2x original, @550 can let me park car (SM4) w-o stepping on throttle.

> Thanks in advance for any advice.

In '05 my F20A @ 84000 km also had rough idle : cause was throttle angle sensor ( a variable resistor ) being worn ( as per www.aaicar.com article ). This sensor has 3 wires ( 1 is a 5v input, 1 is output, 1 is ground ) : during idling, output should be a stable 0.5 v.
