Default Cadillac Escalade

2000 Cadillac Escalade. Was recently stolen. Was returned. Parts that were
stolen were replaced with new electical fuse box and computer. Message
center in instrument panel flahes security. New key was purchaased thru
vin number. All electrical wiring connected, but vehicle will not start.
If anyone can add any input to solve my problem I would appreciate it.

I strongly suggest to go to the local dealer. He will, after
proof-of-pwnership, help you.
