Default Restocking charge

I got a multi-addressee message the other say warning about checking
the resocking charge when breturning a gift. This might be valid info
in general.

It seems that one store chain charges $25 restocking charge no matter
what the selling price - in other words, you, or the receiver of your
gift, might have to [ay $25 to get back the $5 the item cost! might.
