Default motor oil/brake fluid

UUUH my new suzuki says to use dot 3 brake fluid n its a suv.
i got a halfgal of dot 2.. i thought dot 3 was for heavy braking.or high
speeds.this suv will never break 75mph......just thinking of the gas itd
use gives me chills.....
i got a new idea..instead of changing the oil ill just add oil
additives....since that adds to the oils propertys....ill be ok..just
change the filter.any thoughts.
