No such thing as accidental homicide.

He'll be allowed to plead down to a reckless driving charge and that
will be the end of it.

Bzzzt. Thanks for playing. The cops investigate homicides to
determine if there was any illegal activity. A homicide is not a
murder, nor even a crime.
