Default Turn signal won't blink

I have a 1984 Chrysler New Yorker and the the right signal is blinking but
not the left turn signal. I have checked all the bulbs (rear, front, and the
side) and they all are burning.
Can anyone tell me what the possible cause would be that although the right
signal blinks but not the left? Thanks for any help.

You can't 'idiot proof' anything....every time you try, they just make
better idiots.

There are no "relays" in the turn signal system of the subject vehicle.
The '84 New Yorker uses more than one brake/turn bulb per side of the car
on the rear, so it's possible the original poster has overlooked a dead
bulb. If in fact he has not, and all bulbs are indeed operating properly,
the turn signal switch is the likely culprit.
