In some states you can be busted for DUI while your vehicle is parked, the
ignition off, simply because you have the keys in your possession.

Of course, though not a highway problem. But all drunk drivers keep
on both drinking and driving.

They're as accurate as CBS or NBC. I know that's not saying much,
