Default On/off Topic Google Earth and Sugo

I used Google Earth to locate my house in Spokane Washington. Quite fun.
Then I tried to find the Race Track at Sugo Japan. But instead of neat
clean photos, all I got of that area was flight sim type pixels. No actual
sattelite photos to zoom in on.
Anyone know if that is just because they don't have all the world photo'd
yet?

Yep. Simply the available data for a given area. There are lots of
high-res tracks in Google Earth's data, however. A search will find many of
them. For a starter, just search on "Imola, Italy". The possibilities are
endless.

Apparantly there was a race going one when they snapped Zandvoort...

Cheers!

Surprisingly, it appears the long beach scans were taken during the
champcar race. I can even see a car on shoreline drive, as well as
tents/cars/people in the pits.
