window will not close
My window is stuck in the down position. I can hear the motor engage
and it jumps when I push the switch and that is as far as it goes. Without taking the door apart is there any way to fix this. I think it might be off the track |

what year?
A guess...some of the teeth are gone from the gear. PIA to fix, but no way out, if that's it. They make a bolt on gear that doesn't require disassembly of the regulator. If you can get a hold of the top of the glass, and pull up while running the motor "up", you might catch the first good tooth, and be able to get the window up.
