Default Studebaker Avanti ?

http://www.theavanti.com/chronology/ChronologyPage.jpg says the four door
was first shown at the New York Automobile Show in 1989.

Default Studebaker Avanti ?

In 1990 a 4d sedan was added to the range. Unfortunately I don't have good
pictures but here's what I've got. I've also included an Amanti history in
Word format.

Ellis, Studebaker went out of business in the mid-60's. If I'm not
mistaken, the 1966 or 1967 model year was their last. If you have a
picture of a 1989 Avanti, it isn't one made by Studebaker.

Correct. The rights to build the Avanti were purchase from Studebaker in
1964 before they left the automobile industry, and a successor to that firm
(http://www.avantimotors.com/) is still in operation in Mexico. See
http://www.theavanti.com/services_chronology.htm for more of their
convoluted history.
