Default 94'100,2.0. Luke warm heater?

hello, grateful of any advice.
Have recently changed thermostat and now runs at 90c all good. heaters
will not produce anything hotter than luke warm no matter what i do?
car is standard equip no air con. any ideas? thanks, andy (a bit cold!)

doubt if anyone reads this but i back-flushed then forward-flushed matrix
about 25 times until equal flow appeared took about 30 mins to do. now
heater is excellent! piece of cake! andy.
