Let's not jump the gun. I like Madden, but their racing titles have
sucked for awhile. |

uhhh ... $58 million? that's lunch money to EA. they have over $2.5
billion (that's billion with a B) in cash reserves. if they never sold another game, they could keep operating until the middle of the century. |

Clearly the idea of making quality software hasn't occured to anyone
there yet. How's it go again? Um, "you can fool some of the people some of the time, but you can't fool all of the people all of the time." As the gaming software industry moves thru time, it should be interesting to see if having the licensing for top tier sports and using them to continually serve up **** to the masses, as EA do (with race sims at least), will be enough to survive in the business. > wrote in message ... > hope the bleeding continues, then we wil be rid of this p.o.s. > company. |

The sim market is so small in comparison to other gaming areas that it means
little to nothing to anyone. EA just uses it to market other games. I'm sure they are well aware it is a money loser on its own. I'm not talking code specifically, but some of the items we have taken for granted may not be there. dave henrie |

That's why all these numbers (including baseball organization numbers) mean nothing. Alanb |
