87 Alfa Spider - replace trunk emblem

Default 87 Alfa Spider - replace trunk emblem

Hello All
I purchased a replacement emblem for the trunk, but when I went to see
about putting it in the area on the inside is covered by the frame. as
anyone replaced one and if so, how was it done?

I *think* they just pop off, don't they?

Your right, I asked the company I bought it from and it's held on with
glue or some kind of glue tape. took a putty knive to it and was able
to replace it.

Your right, I asked the company I bought it from and it's held on with
glue or some kind of glue tape. took a putty knive to it and was able
to replace it.

For future reference it's best to remove by first warming with a hairdryer
and then using a length of nylon fishing line or dental floss to cut through
the bond without marking the paintwork.
