Default 92 Honda Timing Belt Change

I've just changed my timing belt on a 92 accord 5 speed. The car
seems to have more vibration than normal. I can feel a bit of
vibration when I press the accelerator now. I did not have this
problem before I changed the belt. I double checked the timing on the
belt and it is fine. Is my balancing belt to blame? Could that belt
be loose?

Like Jim says, the balancing system is _out of time_, so it's making the
balance WORSE instead of better.

Take a look and find out. How would anyone else know for sure?
