Transfer License online

Hi,

Does anyone know where you could transfer you National license online
to that of another country? I have a Irish one and an International
license but some countries want both produced. I work abroad a lot and
my main problem is that the Irish one is not in the ID card format.
While tis is acceptable in some countries it does raise eyebrows in
others. I am willing to exchange the one I have for another "paper'
format as long as it has the required photograph etc on it. I dont have
any penalties or points on the current license I have so, dont worry. I
am not looking for a way to get around the law.
