Hi Viatologists,

To those in the United States, Happy Dr Martin Luther King, Jr. Day!!! We
hope you enjoy your day off, and in doing so, find the time to recall the
great accomplishments of a 20th-century civil rights leader. The concept of
racial equality is beginning to take shape because of Dr King's
contributions, and hopefully sooner than later, all races in America have
the same opportunity for advancement.

The new Worldwide Highway Library, effective immediately, has Missouri
highway photos catalogued:

http://worldwide-hwys.calrog.com
Photographs > Americas > United States > State Routes

These photos were taken in (the few hours I spent in) Missouri last January.
The area largely covers the Missouri "boot" (i.e., southeast corner of the
state) through the Mississippi River crossing at Interstate 57.

For other relevant photographs of southern Missouri, look no further than:

(1) Photographs > Americas > United States > USA Interstate Highways >
Interstates > Interstate 57
(2) Photographs > Americas > United States > USA Federal Routes > Federal
Routes > Federal Route 412

Enjoy!

Cheers,

Carl Rogers

The 'boot????' That doesn't even make sense....

But that doesn't surprise me coming from Carl. I'd like to give him a
good, swift kick.

Take care,
Rich

If the "US 152" video didn't stop him, it's not likely anything will.

It's interesting that Krl decided to post Missouri photos on Dr Martin
Luther King Jr Day. It's been pointed out to me that James Earl Ray,
confessed assassin of Dr King, was an escapee from the Missouri State
Penitentiary at the time he committed the murder. So let's all
celebrate King's life by viewing photos from the state his killer came
from.
