Every time CalBog posts his crap to a newsgroup I read, I'll follow it up with a link to that site. If it stops him doing it then it will be $10 well spent. Anyway, unlike CalBog, I know how to make a site pay for itself. I bet that by the time this one has been up for a year, it will be getting far more visitors than his and be the first result on Google for "Viatology". There are plenty more stupid things out there to parody, as we viatologists well know :-) If that doesn't work, I'll turn it into a religion instead. I'll sell it to disgruntled Scientologists who need their -ology fix but are fed up with Xenu. Mark -- "Amusement first, viatology second" The official Viatology website: http://www.viatology.info |

It still starts out on the slide show; when you pick "I want a menu" and pick "Americas" you go back to the slide show. Carl, let us know when you have the basics working; until then, it's inappropriate for you post messages that get people to visit your site when it is not working. |

It's gotten even worse. It's completely borked under any Windows browser: including the 'mobile' site(which I get in IE9 in Win 7 Home Premium in my VirtualBox install). It's also a no go in Firefox, Opera, and Safari on my HP 210 running Win7 Starter. And nao, it's not working properly under Linux. If you switch to another page, and go back to the main page, the slideshow stops working, and all you get is a large blank space. To get the slideshow back, you have to click the 'international slideshow' link or re-enter the URL in the address box. Incidentally, I have to wonder about the 'watermark', it would appear that Cal claims copyright on every snap on the site-including those that aren't his. Did his contributors give up rights to their work? -- Otto Yamamoto |

There are no publicly listed phone numbers that will reach me directly (and the one in the whois data for my domains goes only to voicemail). He's welcome to email me, if he can work out an address.
