Default what do i do

I have a 87 accord that i just bought ran good for the first 3 days now it
only idles without dieing if i am lucky almost every stop it dies and on
the highway it cuts out if it gets to much gas just replaced alternater
any other ideas?

Is it carbed or FI?
Are you sure you have good fuel delivery? Since the car is new to you
and possibly don't know what has been done to it, I'd replace the fuel
filter first as that can cause those sorts of problems.
