'92 Land Cruiser Transmission Rattle
I have a rattle in what I think is the transmission on my 175K '92
Land Cruiser. It is most pronounced when in gear but not moving. Anyone else had this or have ideas on cost to repair? |

Is this an automatic or manual tarnsmission? If its manual, I'd suspect the pilot bearing (in the flywheel, it holds the transmission input shaft). Figure the price of a clutch job. OTOH, if its an automatic, there's no telling what could be rattling around in there. -- Paul Hovnanian ------------------------------------------------------------------ Klein bottle for rent -- inquire within |
