"knife" vs "screw" battery switch??

Default "knife" vs "screw" battery switch??

Which one is the best? Looks like the "screw" might be better, but the one
my friend got from Mid-America had to have a washer added to it to make
electrical contact to the battery terminal mount. Sure is saving him a lot
of battery-charging time though.
