2004 ION2 after 700km

My friend just got a brand new 2004 ION2 appx 2 weeks ago. And already
noticed the following problems.

1) A screw on the passanger side door panel seems to be missing (near the
speaker) and you can hear buzzing noise when list to audio (esp w/ heavy
bass) or ob bumpy road

2) The MP3 player option - It is a double height unit (i.e. you lose the
storage slot under). And few days ago, the unit refuse to eject a CD (the
CD has no lable or stickers of any kind) and report 'Eject Error'. However
after restart of the car, the CD will eject (but the disc gets REALLY HOT).
Then yesterday while listening to CD (MP3) all the buttons were disabled.
i.e. you can't change volume, eject, or even turn off the unit. Restart of
the vehicle doesn't fix it. However after turn off the engine for the
second time and restart seems to work.

3) The gas filling door is on PASSANGER side (unlike SL series...) and the
door has no lock (i.e. anyone can open the door and gain access to the cap)
The filling cap is IMHO too deep, because when you fill up the gas, the
handle will be touching the panel.
